According to law, the seller is obliged to issue receipt to the buyer and also register the payment online to the tax administrator; in case of in case of technical failure, within 48 hours at the latest.
The consumer acknowledges that should it not be possible to resolve defects or other disputes to the mutual satisfaction of both parties, there is the possibility of resolving the dispute amicably in accordance with Section 14 of Act no. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection.
In case of a dispute with the Seller, the abovementioned legislation entitles the client, if in the position of a consumer, the opportunity to apply an out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes. The aim of the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes is to reach an amicable settlement of the dispute in question and the parties’ agreement on the basis of mutual communication . The proceedings themselves are held before the Central Inspectorate - ADR Department, of the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Štěpánská 15, 120 00, Prague 2 .
