Restaurant V dole warmly welcomes all guests — both those staying at the resort and visitors joining us simply for the pleasure of good food.
Led by Chef Petr Drozd, together with his team, our kitchen creates seasonal dishes inspired by the philosophy of combining traditional culinary craftsmanship with ingredients available in the local region. Many of our dishes are prepared using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, offering an authentic taste of the surrounding landscape — always interpreted with a modern touch.
Every meal is complemented by attentive, warm service, inviting you to rediscover the comforting feeling of being at home, even while on holiday.
Special care is given to children’s menus as well as to guests with special dietary requirements.
The restaurant features indoor seating, a covered winter garden, and a terrace. We are happy to host you for dinners, private celebrations, events, and other special occasions.

Breakfast
Breakfast is served daily from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM. The morning air is filled with the aroma of freshly baked croissants and homemade pastries.
