Our head chef, Petr Drozd, and his team prepare seasonal menus with passion, combining traditional culinary experience with local ingredients at their best. In our kitchen, we work with fresh, often local ingredients from the immediate surroundings, creating authentic flavours with a modern touch. Each dish is served with the kind of care that brings a sense of home - even while you are on holiday.
We pay special attention to the children’s menu and to guests with special dietary requirements.
The restaurant offers indoor seating, a covered conservatory and an outdoor terrace. We would be delighted to welcome you for dinner, family celebrations, private events, corporate gatherings and other special occasions.
The V dole restaurant also offers takeaway meals.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served daily from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. In the morning, the restaurant is filled with the aroma of freshly baked croissants and homemade cakes. Our generous breakfast buffet gives you energy for a day full of activity - whether you are heading for the slopes, setting off on a mountain hike or enjoying a quiet walk through the forest.
